IN CONNECTICUT: Poodle Rescue Connecticut, Inc. https://www.poodlerescuect.org
They are an all volunteer organization. Read about them on their site and
also fill out their application online. They provide veterinary care and training
for dogs in their care before rehoming and place an admirable number of
poodles and poodle mixes every year.
